Carbs In Mayonnaise Gaining Weight On Atkins... Please Help?

Gaining weight on atkins... please help? - carbs in mayonnaise

I was on the Atkins diet and weight gain seems to continue ... I lost 15 pounds in one month ... and then in the course of 4 days ... I gained back 3 pounds. Why is this so? I had 2 pieces of popcorn that day, another book. I also had Tostitos Spinach Dip ... (I think I had 35 grams) of carbohydrates per day during the induction phase, and then I went to a Korean barbecue spices, meat and do everything .... (and it was again) once a 35 grams carbohydrates, but on another day ... I only had a great café and pepperoni 150 slices of meat (processed) and I gained a pound lighter! Yesterday I had to eat 4 cups of salad (UR only, 2) and had 4 cups of radishes (its food resource), but again won 3 of the pounds I lost. Yesterday there were about 5 ounces mayonnaise ... Her (to eat too much fat in the diet)

The Atkins diet is that you send your body keatonitus very stupid and very dangerous, but people ketonitus know .... the effect is when the body starts eating your muscle strength, and whenever you eat something "normal" treasure ur body is not knowing when and where the next meal! healthy and balanced diet and exercise is better to lose other than fluid and muscle mass (something that you do not increase muscle mass, metabolism at rest want to).
